Who operates Queen's Butler?
The operator is the body that designs the Manor and its four services and bears responsibility for the butlers' duties, reservations, transactions, personal information and the care of the furnishings. Queen's Butler is operated by the Japan Butler Association, whose representative is Yuichi Ishii.
The Manor is at 2-7-4 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo. For The Salon, The Studio and the Apprentice Butler Experience, all of which involve a visit, a butler is always present in the Manor. Both gentlemen and ladies serve as our butlers, and we receive parties of up to six.
The operator's responsibility is not merely to open the Manor. It is to set out the conditions before booking, to prepare the butler and the furnishings on the day, and to be the same body that receives enquiries afterwards, whether about lost property or a transaction.

Receiving your enquiry
Through the form, we receive your subject, wishes and contact details, and identify the service concerned and the points to confirm.
Setting out the conditions
Before you book or purchase, we tell you what you need in order to decide: date and time, numbers, content, fees, what to bring, and the rules on furnishings and photography.
Preparing the Manor and the butler
For services involving a visit, we check the rooms, lighting, furniture, silver and porcelain against your reservation, and the attending butler is briefed on your purpose and the running of the day.
Supporting safety and proceedings on the day
A butler remains in the Manor to handle reception, service, assistance with photography or meetings, and guidance on the furnishings. The Manor is never hired unattended.
Receiving enquiries after your visit
Enquiries about lost property, purchases, personal information or commercial conditions are received through the enquiry form and directed to the appropriate guidance.

How are the Association's undertakings joined at the Manor?
The Association's undertakings are THE BUTLER, which serves households under butler contracts; the Japan Butler Academy, which trains butlers; and Butler Bell, which shares the butler's wisdom; each operated in its own role.
Queen's Butler is the brand that brings the deportment and thoughtfulness of those butlers to one place: the Manor in Odaiba. Both gentlemen and ladies serve as our butlers, and for services involving a visit a butler is always present in the same house.
