About Studio Enquiries & Reservations
Studio enquiries and reservations are the means of telling our butlers your wishes for photography, meetings, a green room, location filming, recording and more. Please let us know your preferred dates and times, your party size of up to six, whether butler's attire is to be worn and in what size, and whether you require pick-up. Based on what you send, a butler checks availability, the plan that suits you, and any additions required.

Once purpose, date and party size are decided, you can send your first enquiry
A first enquiry is not something to send only after every detail of the shoot is settled. Choose the nearest purpose from photography, meeting, green room, location filming, recording or other, and write your preferred dates and times and the number entering the Manor. If you have not decided on a plan, we take it as a matter to discuss with a butler.
If someone will wear the attire, please tell us, in addition to whether it is worn, their height, usual clothing size and shoe size. If you are bringing equipment or products, note their kind and quantity in the free-text field. If you would like pick-up (a return journey between the Manor and one of five points such as Tokyo Teleport Station, included with your plan, availability confirmed at booking), please add whether it is required, the pick-up point, the number of passengers and luggage.
Including the photographer, hair and make-up, companions and children, the Manor accommodates a maximum of six. We do not serve meals, but you may bring your own food and drink. One butler is present in the Manor, and both men and women serve. If you have a preference regarding your butler, please tell us in the free-text field.

What we would like you to write
- Purpose, preferred dates and times, and party size including the photographer and companions
- Whether butler's attire is to be worn, and if so the wearer's height and usual clothing size
- Whether pick-up is required (included with your plan, availability confirmed at booking). If so, the pick-up point, passengers and luggage
- Cameras, lighting, sound equipment, products and attire you will bring
- The rooms you wish to use, the scenes you wish to capture, and any facilities needed for a meeting or green room
What may be left undecided
- An undecided plan name. We can advise from your purpose and the time required
- An undecided shooting order. Your priority scenes alone are enough
- Meal requests. We do not serve meals; you may bring your own food and drink
- Collecting keys. The Manor is never let unattended

We check the Manor's availability, which butlers are on hand, your party size of up to six, and your purpose.
Plan and additions are set out
We set out the base time, any extension, butler's attire, additional guests and what you have told us about equipment.
Missing details are filled in
We ask for any information still needed: scenes to photograph, attire sizes, equipment you are bringing, the pick-up point (one of five), and so on.
Booking details are confirmed
You review the date and time, party size, fees, the flow of the day and the cancellation terms.

All fees include tax. Bookings are from 3 hours (Light Photography only from 2 hours). Opening hours are 9am to 9pm; extensions are ¥16,800 per hour (until 9pm). From the fifth guest, ¥5,800 per person (maximum six). Additional butler's attire ¥12,800 per person. A professional photographer can be arranged from ¥44,800 for 2 hours. Sundays and public holidays carry a 20% surcharge.

Tell us what you are filming, the equipment and products you will bring, and the scenes within the Manor. Taking a half day of 6 hours or a full day of 12 as the basis, the butler confirms the flow of load-in, scene changes and clearing up with up to six people.

Yes. If we know your purpose, preferred dates and times and party size, a butler will identify the nearest base plan. If you have decided on the scenes you wish to capture or the facilities you need, please write them in the free-text field.
QHow many candidate dates should I give?
Please write the candidates you have in the preferred dates field. We check the Manor's availability and which butlers are on hand, and reply with the dates and times available.
QWho counts towards the party size?
Please count everyone entering the Manor: subjects, the photographer, hair and make-up, companions and children. The maximum is six.
QI am unsure whether to wear the butler's attire.
Please choose "I would like to discuss" in the attire field. As sizes and styles are limited, if you know the wearer's height, usual clothing size and shoe size, please add them too.
QMay I request a female butler?
Women serve as butlers too. Please write any wishes regarding gender or the distance kept on the day in the field for wishes regarding your butler. We check availability and reply.
QIs there a charge for pick-up and drop-off?
Pick-up is a service included with your plan. As there are days when the vehicle is unavailable, we confirm at booking. A butler drives a black Alphard, limited to return journeys between the Manor and one of five points such as Tokyo Teleport Station. Please tell us whether it is required, the pick-up point, passengers and luggage.
About the attire
- Sizes and styles are limited. Before booking, please tell us your height and usual clothing size
- Please ask about sizes other than those listed
About using The Studio
- The manor is never let unattended. A butler is present for every booking, and keys are not handed over
- You are welcome to bring your own food and drink. We do not provide meals
- Please use the antique furnishings under the butler's guidance. The armour, hall clock, porcelain and silver are handled by the butler
- Please consult us in advance about loud sound or the use of naked flames
- Prices shown include tax
