About Studio Prices
Studio prices are the cost of using the antique manor in Odaiba with one butler in attendance. Choose a base rate according to the purpose and duration of your photography, meeting or green room, or location shoot, and add extended hours, butler attire or additional people as required. Prices are shown inclusive of tax; up to six people.
Once purpose and duration are settled, you can choose a base rate
A base rate combines the time spent within the Manor and the main purpose into a single cost. From the benchmarks of a three-hour photo shoot, a four-hour celebration shoot or meeting and green room, and an eight-hour location shoot, choose the one closest to how your day will run. Every base rate includes one butler in attendance.
For photography, the butler supports the movement of the house, from the moment a door opens to the drawing of a chair in the study and the arranging of silver in white gloves. For meetings, we receive visitors and show them to their seats; for green rooms, we arrange where costumes and belongings are kept. For location shoots, we remain within the Manor from load-in to departure, watching over every scene in which the furnishings are handled.
Both male and female butlers are on our staff. If you have a preference, please let us know when booking. The Manor is never let unattended, and keys are never handed over. We protect the house and its furnishings while ensuring your purpose proceeds without hindrance.

All prices include tax. Bookings are from three hours (light shoots from two hours). Opening hours are 9:00 to 21:00; extended hours are ¥16,800 per hour (until 21:00). From the fifth person, ¥5,800 per person (up to six). Additional butler attire is ¥12,800 per person. A professional photographer may be arranged from ¥44,800 for two hours. Sundays and public holidays carry a 20% surcharge.

For individual portraits and portfolio work, Standard is the benchmark. You move through the house, from the study to the fireplace room to the dining room, according to attire and composition, while the butler prepares the next setting.

What you provide yourself
- A photographer, and the production and delivery of image files
- Your attire, hair and make-up, and products or props brought in for the shoot
- Meals themselves. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink
- Use of the Manor unattended, or the handing over of keys

We ask your candidate dates and the hours required, and confirm the base rate and whether extended hours are needed.

Let us know the number, including subjects, photographers and companions, within the maximum of six.
Sort out attire and equipment
We ask the height and size of anyone wearing butler attire, and what equipment and items will be brought in.
The butler replies with the details
We reply with availability, the suitable base rate, any extras, and how the day will proceed.
From the opening of the door to the farewell, the butler included in the rate keeps the day moving
The course of the day means reception, preparation, the shoot or meeting, tidying, and departure, all within the booked hours. The butler bows and opens the door at the entrance, and shows you where attire and belongings may be kept. On a rainy day we take wet coats and umbrellas, and arrange the route so that no water is carried inside.
Once the shoot begins, the butler checks what will appear in frame and carries doors, chairs, silver and porcelain to where they are needed. Furnishings handled by the butler, such as the suit of armour and the hall clock, are moved only after a word with you. When the scene changes, the lighting in the next room is prepared first, creating space for you to concentrate on the shoot.
For meetings and green rooms, we show visitors to their seats as they arrive, and after bringing tea, remain at a distance from which we can respond when needed. As the closing time approaches, the butler checks belongings and anything left behind in the house. Seeing you off beyond the door is the last of the services of the butler entrusted with the Manor.

QCan I book for the listed price alone?
Within the base plan, for up to two people, and without extended hours or additional butler attire, the listed base rate is the benchmark. Having asked your purpose, numbers, hours, attire and equipment, the butler will set out clearly any extras required.
QCan the price be reduced by going without a butler?
The Manor is a space in which a butler is always in attendance. We do not accept unattended use, and one butler's attendance is included in the base rate.
QWhat is added for three or more people?
From the fifth person, ¥5,800 (incl. tax) per person is added. Please let us know the number, including photographers and companions, up to a maximum of six.
QIs there a charge for being collected or driven back?
Chauffeured pick-up is a service that accompanies your plan. As there are days when the vehicle is unavailable, we confirm availability when you book. A butler drives a black Alphard, limited to journeys between the Manor and five locations such as Tokyo Teleport Station.
QAre meals included in the price?
Meals are not served. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, and may consult the butler in advance about where to keep it and which vessels to use.
QMay I request a female butler?
Female butlers are also on our staff. Preferences, including gender, are taken when booking, and we reply once we have confirmed who is on duty that day.
About using The Studio
- The manor is never let unattended. A butler is present for every booking, and keys are not handed over
- You are welcome to bring your own food and drink. We do not provide meals
- Please use the antique furnishings under the butler's guidance. The armour, hall clock, porcelain and silver are handled by the butler
- Please consult us in advance about loud sound or the use of naked flames
