Butler Application Form
Your first step towards the Manor begins here.
About Butler Application Form
The butler application form is where we receive the information needed for selection from those who wish to serve at the Manor of Queen's Butler. We read, one by one, your courtesy, the way you wish to work and what you have valued until now. After sending, you receive a copy of your application, and we contact you with the next steps in line with the recruitment guidelines.
Application Form
Before applying, please check the role and the working arrangements
Checking before you apply means matching the role you would take at the Manor against the way you wish to work. A butler receives each guest, prepares the tea, protects the Manor's furnishings and quietly supports the course of the day. For shoots and meetings the butler handles reception and assists with proceedings; for the Apprentice Butler Experience, the butler demonstrates the conduct.
Both women and men are welcome to apply. Even without experience, please describe in concrete terms the occasions on which you have attended to people, arranged your surroundings or supported others quietly. More than an impressive career, we look for the attentiveness to observe and anticipate, and the honesty to ask when something is unclear.

What do we look for in selection?

How you attend to people
The conversation at selection is an occasion for both sides to confirm not merely the names of past roles, but the bearing to wait for others' words, to ask what is needed and to respond with courtesy.
