Queen's Butler is the new brand of the Japan Butler Association, a general incorporated association.
Whoever comes to the Manor is a queen.
A butler does not choose whom to serve. Whoever steps inside the door is master of the Manor for that time. At The Salon our butlers welcome women; at The Studio, crews and meeting guests; at The Footman, those who wish to become butlers, and all with the same courtesy. The Salon is for women only, and male companions cannot enter the Manor even as an escort.
"Butlers who serve queens" is not a decorative phrase; it is the principle that decides everything about how the Manor is run.

To welcome you as a queen means that our butlers arrange the Manor's time around your purpose and your feelings. When the entrance door opens, a butler bows, takes your coat and your belongings, and guides you to the room best suited to the day.
For those spending a quiet time at The Salon, we do not crowd you with words; we withdraw until you call. For those using the Manor for photography or meetings, we receive your participants, attend to the doors and introduce the furnishings. At The Footman, we bow at your side and accompany you from the moment you dress.
Whether you come alone, as a pair or as a party of up to six, our butlers look at more than numbers. We take note of who is master of that time and whom you wish to honour, and arrange the way to your preferred seat there and then.

Whether you wish to rest quietly, to be photographed or to try the attire, we ask about the day's purpose and the distance you prefer.

We can stay close at hand or withdraw beyond the door. We never miss your signal to call.

We arrange your belongings and your coat, check for anything left behind, and bow as we see you on to your next destination.

What we ask you to note before your visit
- We do not serve meals; you are welcome to bring your own food and drink

- Requests for a particular butler, date or time are answered once we have confirmed availability
The Manor is where four stories share the same furnishings
The Manor does not change into a different stage for each service; the same door, the same gallery and the same furniture take on different roles. The dining-room table sets the scene for the lady's time at The Salon, frames a shoot or a meeting at The Studio, and at The Footman becomes the place to learn where to stand and how to handle silver.
A butler tends the lamps in the fireplace room, presents a letter in the study, opens the double doors of the gallery. Each gesture joins the rooms and makes the whole Manor a single continuous time. The furnishings are not placed merely to be admired; they are there so that you may see their origin and their beauty, including the way a butler handles them.
The Online Shop is an entrance outside the Manor, yet the design of each piece is bound to the Manor's memory. Those who first take a piece in hand and later visit the Manor, and those who carry home a design they saw here, follow the same Queen's Butler story.

A day at Queen's Butler is a time in which guests with different purposes are welcomed with the same bearing by the same butlers. At The Salon we hold the quiet; at The Studio, the proceedings; at The Footman, the attire; and through the Shop we deliver the Manor's memory in words and in pieces.
