About Pricing at The Salon

Pricing at The Salon brings together visitor rates that are easy for first-time guests to choose, a late-night stay for one guest only, and four tiers of membership for those who use the Manor regularly. A butler is always present, and the Manor is never let unattended. Meals are not served; you are welcome to bring your own food and drink.

Choose

Two hours for a first visit; thirteen hours to spend the whole night

To choose a rate, first decide how long you wish to stay and how many you will be, then find the matching category. Visitors pay ¥8,800 per hour (tax included) for two to six hours; the late-night stay is a fixed thirteen hours from 8 pm to 9 am the following morning at ¥102,000 (tax included), for one guest only.

The visitor rate is the same for up to two guests; from the third guest, ¥4,400 per person per hour (tax included) is added. Usual visits are for up to six guests, attended by a butler from welcome to farewell. We have both female and male butlers, so please tell us your preference when booking.

What the price means

The listed price is read as the butler's service on one hand, and how you spend the time on the other

What the fee coversFees at Queen's Butler are for the hours in which a butler of Queen's Butler, a general incorporated association, attends you. They include the door, your coat, tea and the manner of attendance.
Two hours, as a guideYou can choose a single sequence from welcome, tea and time at ease in the fireplace room through to a commemorative photograph.
Four hours or more, as a guideYou can spend time unhurried in the house and combine it with an outing with your butler.
Six hours, as a guideAcross a full daytime or evening slot, it becomes easier to choose several scenes: the study, the dining room, the theatre and more.
Checking the breakdownWe set out the basic hours, additions for numbers, and anything added on the day. Even if your plans are undecided, your butler asks only what is needed.
Unattended useThere is no category for letting the Manor unattended. A butler is always present.

Choose the date and time

We confirm whether it falls in the daytime slot, the evening slot or the late-night stay.

Decide the length

Visitors stay two to six hours; the late-night stay is a fixed thirteen hours.

Count the guests

Usual visits are for up to six, the late-night stay for one. For additions from the third guest, we also check the complimentary companion benefit for Gold and above.

Tell us how you wish to spend the time

Let your butler know whether you will stay mostly in the house, or include an outing or the theatre.

Confirm any extras

We set out anything confirmed separately, such as cellar wine or an extension.

QHow much is four hours for two guests?
A

¥35,200 (tax included). The rate is the same for up to two guests; from the third, ¥4,400 per person per hour (tax included) is added.

QCan I visit for just one hour?
A

Visitor bookings start from two hours. Please choose between two and six hours, in either the daytime or evening slot.

QWhat is the maximum number of guests?
A

Usual visits are for up to six guests; the late-night stay is for one guest only. For additions from the third guest, we also check the complimentary companion benefit for Gold and above.

QMay I bring food and drink?
A

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own. As we do not serve meals, please bring whatever you would like.

QIs there an extra charge for pick-up and drop-off?
A

Chauffeured pick-up is a service that accompanies your plan. On some days the car is not available, so we confirm this when you book. A butler drives a black Alphard between the Manor and five points including Tokyo Teleport Station only.

QMay I request a female butler?
A

We have both male and female butlers. We take your preference when booking and confirm it against availability.

Final check

Before booking, we check the basic fee against any additions

The conditions of the fee are checked together: the time slot and length, the number of guests (up to six for usual visits, one for the late-night stay), your membership tier, and any additions. As Gold and above enjoy a complimentary companion, please also tell your butler your tier when calculating for three or more.

The breakdown separates the basic fee, additions for numbers, a same-day extension, and the actual cost of cellar wine or champagne. If you bring food and drink, we discuss containers and where to place them; if an outing is included, we check it against your hours. Even if you cannot decide everything at the outset, your butler asks about each point in turn.
