About Outings with the Butler
An outing with the butler is a way to spend a stay of four hours or more: leaving the Manor for a drive along the Odaiba waterfront or a shopping trip, with the butler in attendance. Time away counts towards your stay, and you return no later than one hour before its end, so please tell us your destination and whether you wish the butler to accompany you when booking. Available to female guests only.
Outside the Manor too, the butler attends you from the opening of the door
An outing with a Queen's Butler butler carries the service begun inside the Manor out to the Odaiba waterfront or to the shops. Your attire is set straight before the double doors, the car door is opened, and the ground where you alight is checked. Though the setting changes, the butler stays at your side, attentive to your wishes.
Some days you may wish to watch the sea from the car; on others, to walk to a shop and hand over your parcels. You need not fix every destination in advance; the plan may be settled on the day, according to the weather and your mood. Butlers able to drive are limited in number, so if you wish for a drive, please say so when booking.
Should you go out alone, the butler keeps the Manor in your absence, opening the door at the hour of your return and leading you to a place to rest. In this case too, time away counts towards your stay. Before leaving, please confirm with the butler the time by which you should return, reckoned back from the end of your stay.

Prepare at the Manor
The butler arranges your belongings and attire and confirms the weather and destination.
Accompanied from the door
The butler opens the door of the Manor or the car and stays at your side throughout. Parcels are carried while shopping; on the waterfront, the butler keeps your pace.
Return an hour before the end
To keep time for after your return, please be back at the Manor one hour before the end of your stay. The same applies if you leave the Tokyo waterfront area.

Chauffeured pick-up is by Alphard, driven by the butler, and only between the Manor and five locations such as Tokyo Teleport Station. It is a service accompanying your plan. There are days when the vehicle is unavailable, so availability is confirmed at booking.
Pick-up and return, driven by the butler between the Manor and five locations
Pick-up and return extend the butler's care to the moments before and after you pass through the doors of the Manor. In a black Alphard driven by the butler, we travel between the Manor and Tokyo Teleport Station, Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station, DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Aqua City Odaiba and Decks Tokyo Beach. It is a service accompanying your plan. There are days when the vehicle is unavailable, so availability is confirmed at booking.
On rainy days the butler chooses where you alight and the moment to open the umbrella. If you have parcels, they are taken so that your hands are free. On the way back, so that your time at the Manor is not cut short abruptly, your attire and belongings are checked before the door is closed. Once back at the Manor, whatever was held for you outside is returned in order, and you are led to the light of the Fireplace Room.
Conditions of travel are confirmed against the date and time of your booking, the location and the availability of butlers. Please tell us at booking the place, your number, your belongings, and whether you wish for driving and accompaniment. Male and female butlers are in residence; on the day, your butler attends you both inside the Manor and out. What we can undertake is answered in advance and built into the day's plan.

QCan we go beyond Odaiba?
If you leave Daiba, Aomi and Ariake in the Tokyo waterfront area, actual costs such as parking are charged. Please tell us your destination when booking.
QCan the butler always drive?
Butlers able to drive are limited in number. If you wish for a drive, please say so when booking and we will confirm a butler who can.
QWill the butler accompany me while shopping?
If you wish, you are driven to the shop and accompanied. Please tell us at booking where you would like company and when you plan to return. The butler also asks about your parcels before setting out.
QMay I go out alone?
Yes. The butler keeps the Manor in your absence. In this case too, time away counts towards your stay. Please tell the butler when you plan to be back, and return no later than one hour before the end of your stay.
QCan we go out in the rain?
We confirm the weather and destination and can suggest ways to spend the time, such as watching the view from the car. The butler attends to the umbrella and your footing as you get in and out.
About going out with a butler
