Platinum is the highest membership at The Salon, set aside for one member alone. For ¥900,000 a month (incl. tax): 64 hours a month, priority booking from 45 days ahead, a dedicated contract with your own butler, a fixed weekly slot secured for the year, unlimited chauffeured pick-up to and from five locations such as Tokyo Teleport Station, and two eight-hour butler visits a month. Membership is limited to one place. For women only.

It means that we receive a single Platinum member. This keeps the dedicated butler and the fixed weekly slot within what we can sustain over time; availability is advised on enquiry.
QCan I always use my fixed day?
The fixed weekly slot is secured for the year. The exact frequency, hours, and how changes are handled should be confirmed when you join. Hours and frequencies are upper limits and not a guarantee of availability.
QWhat happens on days when my dedicated butler is unavailable?
On days when your dedicated butler is unavailable, we advise you individually on how to proceed, including a change of date or attendance by another butler. As we must check the butler's availability, please consult us as early as you can.
QIs there a separate charge for chauffeured pick-up?
Unlimited pick-up is a privilege of Platinum. A butler drives a black Alphard, limited to journeys between the Manor and Tokyo Teleport Station, Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station, DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Aqua City Odaiba and Decks Tokyo Beach. We ask your point of departure, the time, any companions and your luggage, and arrange everything as one flow through to your arrival at the Manor.
QWhere may I request a butler visit?
A butler visit is eight hours per occasion, within Tokyo's 23 wards, with travel expenses at cost; outside Tokyo is by consultation. Please request it at least 30 days before your preferred date.
QCan unused hours be carried into the following month?
Ordinary unused hours expire. Only hours for which a booking could not be accepted owing to the Manor's own circumstances may be carried over, once, to the following month only. We confirm the hours concerned and carry them into the following month's plans.
The fixed weekly slot places the Manor's hours within your year
The fixed weekly slot is a Platinum privilege that secures, for the year, a slot on the day of the week you prefer. The exact frequency, hours, and how changes are handled should be confirmed when you join. Your dedicated butler prepares the furnishings, the lighting and your particular tastes with that slot in mind.
Though the slot is secured for the year, there is no need to spend it the same way each time. A day of quiet reading in the study, a day gathering companions around the dining table, a day spent as an overnight stay from evening until the following morning. Your dedicated butler links the last visit to the next, and judges the distance each day calls for.
If you will be receiving companions on your fixed day, please let us know the number and arrival time, within six including yourself. On a day you wish to spend as an overnight stay, the limit is one guest, so the same fixed slot carries different conditions as to numbers.

Queen's Butler is operated by the Japan Butler Association, a general incorporated association. We support your long relationship while confirming the dedicated contract, the response when your butler is absent, and the practical operation of the fixed weekly slot. Protecting the scope and dignity of a butler's duties is likewise essential to steady service.
Platinum's hours and frequencies are upper limits, not an unconditional guarantee of availability. On days when your dedicated butler cannot attend, we advise you individually, including alternative dates. Only hours for which a booking could not be accepted owing to the Manor's own circumstances are carried over, once, to the following month; ordinary unused hours expire at the end of the month.

About members' reservations
- Hours and visits are upper limits; depending on butlers' availability we may be unable to accept a reservation, in which case we will propose alternative dates
About your Buddy
- A Buddy agreement depends on the butler's availability and requires the consent of both parties. We cannot guarantee that an agreement will be made
- Only some of our butlers are able to enter into a butler agreement
