About For First-time Guests
A first visit to Queen's Butler begins by choosing the entrance that suits you from four: the Salon, the Studio, the Footman experience and the Online Shop. Those visiting the Manor will find its furnishings, the path from booking to the day itself, payment and access here; those choosing a piece from our collection will find the products and purchase conditions. Please take a moment to look through this overview.

At your first door, a butler welcomes you
A first visit is the beginning of a time in which a butler anticipates what you need to know, and arranges it before you ask. When you arrive at 2-7-4 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo, a butler will be waiting inside the entrance door. There is no dress code, and there is no need to feel any concern about being here for the first time.
When the door opens, the butler bows and takes your coat and belongings. Through the gallery, to the dining room, the study, the fireplace room. According to the service you have chosen for the day, the butler will quietly tell you what you need as it arises: where to sit, how to handle the furnishings, when to take photographs.
Our butlers include both men and women. If you have a preference, please note it on the booking form. We will confirm which butlers and dates are available, and guide you so that you may step through the door at ease.

Please check these six points before booking
| Your entrance | Time to be served by a butler is the Salon; using the Manor for photography or meetings is the Studio; experiencing a butler's attire and deportment is the Footman experience; choosing a piece is the Online Shop. |
|---|---|
| Number of guests | Services at the Manor accommodate up to six guests. Please include yourself and your companions in the number on the booking form. |
| Preferred date and time | Giving us your first to third preferences makes it easier for a butler to check availability. Visitor bookings for the Salon are accepted from seven days in advance. |
| Dress and costume | There is no dress code for your visit. If you will wear butler's attire for the Footman experience or in the Studio, we ask for your height, build and shoe size in advance. |
| Food and drink | We do not serve meals. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, so please choose whatever you need. |
| A butler in attendance | We never leave the Manor unattended. Whichever service you choose within the Manor, a butler is present to open the door, guide you and see you off. |
What to decide before your visit
- Decide on one service you wish to use
- Decide on the service and up to three preferred dates and times
- Confirm the number of guests, including yourself
- Put into words what you wish to do, the scenes you wish to photograph and any costume you need
- If using a costume, check your height, build and shoe size
What submitting the form alone does not confirm
- The Salon, the Studio and the Footman experience are not confirmed by submitting the form alone
- We do not serve meals. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink
- We do not offer unattended use of the Manor with a key handed over
- Preferred dates and requests for a particular butler are answered once we have checked availability
- The Online Shop does not involve a visit to the Manor; orders are placed from each product page
QI cannot decide which service to choose.
Simply write what you would like to do on the booking form. Whether it is time to be served, photography or a meeting, a chance to experience a butler's attire, or the pleasure of choosing a piece, a butler will guide you to the entrance that suits.
QMay I visit on my own?
You are welcome to visit alone. A quiet afternoon reading, time spent admiring the furnishings, a commemorative photograph: a butler attends at whatever distance you prefer. The Salon is reserved for women.
QHow many guests may enter the Manor?
Up to six. As each service treats numbers differently, please tell us the number of guests, including yourself, when booking.
QIs there a dress code?
There is no dress code for your visit. For services involving a costume, we ask for your measurements in advance, and a butler assists with dressing on the day.
QMay I request a female butler?
Our butlers include both men and women. We take your preference at the time of booking and reply once we have checked who is available on the day.
QMay I bring food and drink?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own. As we do not serve meals, please bring whatever you need.
