Transfer

If you are unsure of the way, ask about the Manor's chauffeured pick-up

The Manor's chauffeured pick-up is a black Alphard driven by your butler, running between the Manor and Tokyo Teleport Station (Rinkai Line), Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station (Yurikamome), DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Aqua City Odaiba and Decks Tokyo Beach. We do not travel to any point other than these five.

Please tell us your departure point, party size, luggage and preferred time when you book. Your butler opens the car door, takes your luggage and sees you safely in and out. On arrival at the Manor, the same attentiveness continues to the door.

Pick-up and return are available for up to six guests. The transfer is a service included with the plan you book. There are days on which the vehicle is unavailable, so we confirm availability at the time of booking. The meeting point and time are confirmed against your reservation.

Farewell

On your departure, your butler accompanies you to the door

Seeing you out means returning the coat and luggage in our care, confirming your next destination, and accompanying you to the door of the Manor. It may be the same door through which you arrived, but after your time in the Manor the view has changed.

If you leave by train or car, we check that nothing has been forgotten and go over the directions you need once more. If you use the Manor's chauffeured return, we gather your luggage in time for departure and your butler opens the car door for you.

In an unfamiliar place, reassurance comes not only from knowing you can arrive, but from knowing the way home. The butlers of Queen's Butler do not consider their duty done within the Manor; we attend you until your onward journey is smoothly under way.

Butler's eye

Your butler thinks less about how you travel than whether you will arrive without losing your way

Guidance before arrival does not mean sending the same text to everyone; it means preparing the information needed for the method you have chosen, whether train, car or the Manor's car. A first-time guest, a guest with large luggage and a guest arriving in the rain each need things confirmed in a different order.

Directions from the nearest station and parking conditions are given at booking, tailored to how you will come on the day. In rain or when transport is delayed, we confirm your new arrival time the moment you tell us, and rearrange your welcome so that your coat and luggage can be received at the door.

When you leave, we ask your next destination and how you will travel, and go over the directions again. Seeing not only your arrival but your journey home is the gateway to feeling at ease in an unfamiliar house. The butlers of Queen's Butler treat your enquiry before booking, your arrival on the day and your send-off towards the next destination as a single continuous service.

First visit

On a first visit, the order of communication matters more than landmarks

On your first visit, please refer to the guidance we send at booking. The address is 2-7-4 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo; the details of the route from there are given individually. Before setting out, review how you will arrive, your expected time and your party size: by car, the number of vehicles and luggage; by train, the line you will use; by the Manor's car, the departure point and meeting arrangement.

If you lose your way, tell us where you are as best you can. Your butler will compare it with the guidance sent at booking and tell you which way to go. If members of your party arrive separately, we ask each expected time in advance and arrange a welcome to suit the day's schedule.

At the door of the Manor, your butler confirms your name and purpose and takes your coat and luggage. Once everyone has gathered, we lead you along the gallery to the room that suits the day. Detailed directions and parking conditions are given individually at the time of booking.
