Chauffeured Pick-up
Even beyond the Manor, a butler opens the door.
About Chauffeured Pick-up
Our chauffeured pick-up is a journey in a black Alphard driven by a butler between the Manor and Tokyo Teleport Station, Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station, DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Aqua City Odaiba or Decks Tokyo Beach. We do not travel beyond these five points. Pick-up accompanies your chosen plan. As the car is not available every day, we confirm availability when you book. We can carry up to six guests.
Beyond the Manor too, a butler opens the door to receive you
Our chauffeured pick-up means a butler driving a black Alphard to collect you from, and return you to, Tokyo Teleport Station, Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station, DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Aqua City Odaiba or Decks Tokyo Beach. Destinations are limited to these five points. Pick-up accompanies your chosen plan. As the car is not available every day, we confirm availability when you book.
At the agreed meeting point, your butler confirms your identity, bows and opens the car door. Your luggage is taken, your step in and out is watched over, and we set off once everyone is settled. On arrival at the Manor, you are escorted straight to the entrance.
A Queen's Butler pick-up is the butler's service that leads into your time at the Manor. The bow on greeting, attentiveness in the car and your luggage on arrival are all arranged within one continuous flow. As butlers of Queen's Butler, we place safety and courtesy first.

In the car, we keep watch over conversation and comfort
Attending you in the car does not mean talking without pause; it means watching over your surroundings and the time so that you may travel at ease. Once you are aboard, your butler confirms the number of guests and luggage and announces departure.
On days when you would like to talk, we ask about your plans at the Manor and after arrival. On days when you would prefer quiet, we keep to what needs to be said. For first-time guests, we explain in advance how you will be received at the entrance and how your coat will be taken.
For night journeys or in rain, we check the ground where you alight and see to umbrellas and luggage first. We have both male and female butlers; if you have a preference, please tell us when booking.

Handling changes on the day means re-confirming the time and meeting point whenever your departure or arrival shifts. If you learn of traffic or a delayed connection, please let us know as soon as you can.
Your butler takes the change, checks it against the car and the preparations at the Manor, and advises you. In heavy rain, we find a sheltered place to board and move so that luggage can be taken first. We put a safe order of collection before haste.
So that messages do not cross, please give us a contact number we can reach on the day when you book. If you are unsure at the meeting point, tell us where you are or what you can see, and your butler will guide your next step.

QHow do I request pick-up?
Pick-up accompanies your chosen plan. As the car is not available every day, we confirm availability when you book. Please tell us whether you would like to be collected, returned, or both, at one of the five points including Tokyo Teleport Station.
QHow many can travel?
Up to six guests. Please tell us the number of guests and the amount of luggage when booking.
QWho drives?
A butler drives the black Alphard. We confirm your booking and the arrangements for the day and advise you.
QHow far will you come to collect me?
We ask your preferred departure point and destination when you book. The area, meeting point and availability of the car are confirmed individually, and we tell you what we can undertake.
QWhat should I tell you when booking?
Your departure point, destination, preferred time, number of guests, luggage and preferred meeting point. If your travel plans change, we ask for the new time too.
QWhat happens if I am delayed?
Please let us know your new expected arrival time as soon as you know it. Your butler re-confirms the meeting point and the preparations at the Manor.
Your butler treats the journey as one whole, from before you board until after you alight
Judgement in pick-up means arranging not only the time the car is moving but the meeting, the taking of luggage, boarding, alighting and the walk to the Manor's entrance as a single flow. Your butler never hurries the next step, and makes sure everyone is ready.
At the agreed meeting point we choose a position that does not obstruct people or traffic, and if your arrival changes we re-plan from the new time and your current location. On rainy days umbrellas and luggage come first; on days with costumes or camera equipment, we load so that what you need first after alighting is easiest to reach. In every scene, the safety of people comes before luggage.
At the destination on your return, we check the surroundings, open the door and return all your luggage. Even after leaving the Manor, your butler sees you settled at the station or venue before your next step. A Queen's Butler butler attends to each of the small anxieties that tend to linger before and after a journey.

The more we know about the meeting point, the smoother the collection on the day
Preparing a meeting point means settling not just the name of a place but the exact spot and time at which butler and guest can find one another. We ask your preferred points, the surroundings and your expected arrival, and confirm the area and a safe place to board.
Please give a contact number we can reach on the day. If there is a delay or change of place, your butler checks the car and the Manor's schedule and re-arranges a meeting that puts no one under strain. On collection, we bow, confirm your name and number, speak so that even first-time guests know what to expect, then take your luggage and lead you to the car door.
On arrival at the Manor you are accompanied to the entrance, and on return all your luggage is handed back at the destination. Joining the journey carefully at both ends is the standard a Queen's Butler butler keeps for pick-up. Destinations are limited to five points including Tokyo Teleport Station; pick-up accompanies your chosen plan, and as the car is not available every day, we confirm availability when you book.
