About Chauffeured Transfer to Tokyo Teleport Station and Four More

The transfer is a journey in a black Toyota Alphard driven by a butler of Queen's Butler The Studio, between the Manor at 2-7-4 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo and five points: Tokyo Teleport Station (Rinkai Line), Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station (Yurikamome), DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Aqua City Odaiba and Decks Tokyo Beach. We do not travel beyond these five. Up to six guests may ride. The transfer accompanies your plan. On some days the vehicle is unavailable, so availability is confirmed when you book.

Before departure

Once you are ready at the Manor, your butler arranges the way to the station or venue

A transfer is not simply a car journey; it is the joining of your preparations at the Manor to whatever comes next. Your butler works back from your departure time, checks your attire and belongings, and leads you to the door. There is no need to keep glancing at the clock.

At the door, your butler bows and opens the door of the Alphard. With an eye to your footing and the hem of your dress, your butler sees everyone seated in turn before closing the door. Please tell us before departure which items — important papers, camera equipment — you wish to keep to hand and which may go in the luggage compartment.

A green room before a performance, an important meeting, the journey after a shoot: what matters most differs with the reason for the transfer. Your butler asks in advance which of the five points you are travelling to or from, your preferred arrival time and the number in your party, and reconciles these with the day's schedule at the Manor. Travelling alone, the car can be your last quiet moment of preparation; travelling as a pair, a chance to settle who says what.

Butler's care

The butler at the wheel keeps the next scene in view throughout the journey

A butler's attendance means watching over you from the moment you step into the car until you are handed on to the next person at the entrance of the station or venue. While driving, your butler keeps track of the number of guests, the luggage and the point at which each will alight.

In the car, your butler asks before loading which papers or garments you will need as soon as you alight, so that they are within reach. As arrival draws near, your butler briefly confirms your plans and whom you will be meeting. When you would rather not talk, your butler stays quietly in reserve.

To the guest re-reading notes, the guest closing their eyes before a performance, the guest in conversation with a companion, your butler does not keep talking. Reading expressions and hands, and speaking only when needed: that is the distance a butler keeps.

Tell us your destination and plans

When you enquire, please tell us which of the five points, your preferred time, the number of guests and how you will use the Manor. The transfer accompanies your plan. On some days the vehicle is unavailable, so availability is confirmed when you book.

Tell us about your luggage

Please tell us in advance the type and quantity of what will be loaded: costumes, papers, camera equipment and so on.

Prepare at the Manor

Your butler welcomes you and attends your preparations or meeting in the Manor. Attire, papers and personal effects are checked in turn before departure.

Receive the call to depart

At the moment that allows for the journey, your butler calls you and checks your attire and belongings. For a group, we also confirm that everyone is present.

Board in turn

Your butler opens the door of the Alphard and guides each guest in, with an eye to footing and dress. What has gone into the luggage compartment is checked last.

QMay I book the transfer on its own?
A

We do not offer the transfer on its own. It accompanies a Studio plan at the Manor. On some days the vehicle is unavailable, so availability is confirmed when you book. We ask together what you will do at the Manor, which of the five points you need, and your preferred time.

QIs there a charge for the transfer?
A

The transfer accompanies your plan and there is no separate charge. However, the vehicle is unavailable on some days, so availability is confirmed when you book.

QHow many guests can ride?
A

Up to six. If children are included, please tell us in advance the number and ages of those riding. Where there are costumes or camera equipment, we also confirm the type and quantity.

QWhere can you take me?
A

Journeys are limited to the Manor and five points: Tokyo Teleport Station (Rinkai Line), Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station (Yurikamome), DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Aqua City Odaiba and Decks Tokyo Beach. We do not travel to Ariake or anywhere else.

QHow long does the journey take?
A

As it varies with the destination, the hour and road conditions, we do not quote a fixed number of minutes. We ask the time you must keep, and time your preparations at the Manor and the moment of departure accordingly.

QDoes the butler drive?
A

Yes. The car is a black Toyota Alphard, and your butler attends to the door, the luggage and the way ahead once you alight.

QCan you carry costumes and camera equipment?
A

Please tell us the type and quantity when booking. Your butler helps with loading and handing over on alighting, and confirms in advance what you wish to keep to hand. Please also mention long hems or equipment that needs careful handling.
