Meeting Room Hire in Odaiba
Meetings and interviews for up to six, in a Manor with a butler in attendance
About Meeting Room Hire in Odaiba
Meeting room hire in Odaiba means reserving the antique Study or the Dining Room for meetings, interviews, recruitment interviews and small discussions of up to six people. Your butler receives you at the door, brings tea and helps prepare equipment and seating. Wi-Fi, power and a 120-inch screen are also available.
An important meeting begins before the door opens
A small meeting room is not merely a table of the right size; it is a place where those you receive can settle into their seats and move naturally into the purpose of the discussion. Your butler bows at the door, takes coats and luggage, and leads everyone to seats prepared in advance.
In the Study, you gather around the leather-topped desk and black leather chairs; in the Dining Room, papers are laid along the long table. In the Fireplace Room, you may sit on the sofas for a closer conversation. Your butler asks the purpose and number of the meeting and arranges the room and the chairs accordingly.
The Manor is used by one party at a time and is never hired unattended. Queen's Butler is operated by the Japan Butler Association, whose butlers handle reception, tea, screen set-up and farewells. Both gentlemen and ladies serve as our butlers.

Which room and seating suit the purpose of your meeting?

| Purpose | Suitable room | Guide numbers | What your butler arranges |
|---|---|---|---|
| One-to-one interview | The Study | 2 | Seats across the desk, a surface for papers, the order of entry and exit |
| Recruitment interview | The Study or the Dining Room | 2 to 4 | Seats for candidate and interviewers, a place for luggage, reception |
| Small meeting | The Dining Room | 3 to 6 | A surface for papers and equipment, chairs angled so the speaker can see everyone |
| Presentation with video | The Fireplace Room | 2 to 6 | Seats with a view of the 120-inch screen, position of projection equipment |
| Consultation centred on conversation | The Fireplace Room | 2 to 4 | Distance between sofa and chairs, a table for tea |
Use is for a maximum of six people. We ask the purpose, equipment and volume of papers at booking, and your butler proposes a layout.

How does the day proceed, from booking to departure?

Tell us the purpose and numbers
Through the form, tell us your preferred date and time, the purpose of the meeting, the number of participants up to six, the room you would like and whether you need the screen.
Decide the layout
Your butler reviews the details and proposes a room and seating from the Study, the Dining Room and the Fireplace Room.
Confirm the equipment you bring
If you will use a computer or similar, please check the equipment needed to connect. If you bring many papers or much luggage, we ask about it in advance.
Your butler receives you at the door
The Manor is at 2-7-4 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo. Your butler takes coats and luggage and shows each participant to their seat in turn.
Begin the meeting
We bring tea and adjust the screen and lighting. Your butler waits in a position from which to serve and look after the Manor.
How do preparations differ for meetings, interviews and recruitment?

Small meetings
The Dining Room is arranged so that everyone can see the papers and the screen. For breaks, move to the Fireplace Room and change the subject while the table is left as it is.

Managing the approach to a meeting means keeping reception and seating uninterrupted even when participants do not arrive together. Those who arrive first are shown to the Study or the Fireplace Room, while your butler receives later arrivals at the door. With a place to review papers until everyone is present kept separate from the seats used once the meeting begins, the host need not go back and forth between the entrance and the meeting room.
On rainy days, we take umbrellas and coats inside the door and show guests where to leave their belongings. To keep water off the table, we allow a moment to tidy up, bring tea, and then move to the start. If you wish to use the chauffeured pick-up, share the names and times of those arriving and your butler will attend each one from the car to their seat.
If you wish to divide the discussion, you may hold the full meeting in the Dining Room and then move to the Study for individual interviews. Your butler arranges papers and drinks, clearing each room as it is finished while preparing the next seats. As the end approaches, we check the equipment and papers you brought together with you and return each participant's coat and luggage.

QHow many people can use the room?
Up to six. Please tell us the total number, including everyone attending the meeting, anyone operating equipment, and any accompanying persons.
QCan it be used for recruitment interviews?
Yes. Your butler receives the candidate at the door and shows them where to leave their belongings and where to sit. We ask the number of interviewers and the seating, and prepare the Study or the Dining Room.
QCan we hold an online meeting?
Wi-Fi, power and a 120-inch screen are available. Please bring your own computer, camera, microphone and any equipment needed to connect.
QIs the butler in the room during the meeting?
As the Manor is never hired unattended, a butler remains in the house. We advise a position from which to serve and look after the Manor, suited to how you are using the rooms.
QMay we bring food and drink?
You are welcome to bring food and drink. As meals are not served, please bring whatever you need.
QIs there a dress code?
Please dress to suit the purpose of your meeting and those you are meeting. Your butler takes coats and luggage and, if needed, shows you to a space to change.
