Green Room for Event Performers in Odaiba
From preparing before your appearance and pick-up to Tokyo Teleport Station and other points, to changing afterwards
About Green Room for Event Performers in Odaiba
Our green room for event performers in Odaiba is a way of using the Manor in which up to six guests prepare, rest and brief before an appearance, with a butler supporting you from pick-up to Tokyo Teleport Station and other points (included with your plan, availability confirmed at booking) through to changing afterwards.
The time before your appearance can be divided into preparing, checking and quiet rest
A performer's green room is not merely a place to leave luggage; it is a base for arranging attire and hair, checking the running order and turning the mind towards the performance. A butler welcomes you at the door, carries your costume cases and luggage to the wardrobe, and confirms how the Manor will be used, working back from the time of your appearance.
Those preparing before the mirror, those checking a script or papers in the study and those taking a breath in the fireplace room can each use their own space. If companions are among your party of up to six, deciding who uses which room keeps attire and luggage from being mixed up.
If you wish to run through voice or movement, please tell us the content and volume at booking, and we will show you a place in keeping with the Manor's rules. Time on the 120-inch screen and time before the mirror can also be arranged separately.

Costume care means gathering jackets, shoes and accessories by performer, and counting the pieces both when they arrive at the Manor and when they leave for the venue. The butler arranges where they are placed, but please share the names of the items and the number required.
Once you have changed, everyday clothes and coats are divided into what goes to the venue and what stays at the Manor. If you have costume cases or large luggage, we ask about the quantity at booking and keep the route from the door to the wardrobe clear.
If you return to the Manor after your appearance, worn attire, used accessories and personal belongings are separated. After using the private shower room within Queen's Butler The Salon and the changing space, you check the wardrobe, the study and the fireplace room together with the butler, confirm the count, and then depart.
