Studio Optional Additions
Extensions, butler attire, extra people and equipment, only as needed
About Studio Optional Additions
Optional additions are the charges for adding hours, butler attire, people beyond the plan's party size and equipment to a basic plan. Extensions are ¥16,800 per hour, butler attire ¥12,800 per person and, from the fifth person, ¥5,800 per person, all including tax. Chauffeured pick-up is a service that accompanies your plan. As there are days when the vehicle cannot be used, we confirm availability at the time of booking.
Add only the hours, attire, people and equipment the basic plan does not cover
Optional additions are the charges that tailor the basic plan to your shoot or meeting. Once you set out your purpose, party size, the rooms you wish to use, attire and the equipment you will bring, it becomes clear whether you need an extension and how many sets of butler attire to prepare.
Alone or as a pair, moving through the Manor within the basic hours, you may need no additions at all. Exceeding the plan's party size incurs a per-person charge, and where changing and group photographs take time, an extension is worth considering. The number of people within the Manor, including photographers and companions, is limited to six.
At the estimate stage, the butler goes through your wishes one by one. Tell us the type, number and placement of your equipment and we advise the charges individually. Chauffeured pick-up is a service that accompanies your plan; as there are days when the vehicle cannot be used, we confirm availability at this stage.

Setting out your additions in five steps makes them easier to convey

Choose a basic plan
Choose the closest purpose among photography, meeting and green room, or location shoot.
Count the people within the Manor
Confirm the number, up to six, including subjects, photographers and companions.
Decide who will wear attire
Note the number of people who wish to wear butler attire, with their height and usual clothing and shoe sizes.
Choose the scenes you want
Consider the settings you prefer, such as the study, the lounge or the dining room, and the number of changes of attire.
Tell us about equipment
Let us know the equipment you will bring and which of the Manor's facilities you wish to use.
Chauffeured pick-up accompanies your plan; availability is confirmed at booking
Chauffeured pick-up is a journey in a black Alphard driven by a butler, between the Manor and Tokyo Teleport Station, Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station, DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Aqua City Odaiba or Decks Tokyo Beach. We do not travel to any destination other than these five. The service accompanies your plan. As there are days when the vehicle cannot be used, we confirm availability at the time of booking.
If you need it, please write your preferred pick-up point, number of passengers and amount of luggage on the form. We confirm the details for up to six people and the butler advises the flow of the day. If you have photographic equipment or large costumes, please tell us about those as well.
On arrival at the Manor, the butler opens the door and shows you where to leave rainwear, coats, costumes and equipment. On departure, he checks your belongings and sees you off beyond the door. Attending to everything from arrival to departure as one continuous whole is what pick-up means at a Manor with a butler in residence.
Uses that include pick-up
The more rooms you use, the more time to allow for moving and arranging

The study and the lounge allow a change of posture
In the study we can compose a profile at the desk, hands opening a book or a standing figure beside the armour. In the lounge, seated on the wine-red sofa, we move to compositions against the candelabra and the walls.

The dining room and the double doors choreograph several people
In the dining room we arrange the spacing of chairs and the placing of silver, separating the group photograph of up to six from individual scenes. At the double doors, the moment the butler opens them is timed with the order in which you step forward.
