About Gold Membership
Gold is a membership in which, while you deepen your time with your Buddy within the Manor, chauffeured pick-up and butler visits extend that service beyond it. For ¥380,000 a month (incl. tax): 48 hours a month, priority booking from 30 days ahead, chauffeured pick-up twice a month, companions free of charge, 20% off additional use, and one eight-hour butler visit a month. Membership is limited to two places.

Chauffeured pick-up is in an Alphard driven by a butler, to and from five locations
Gold's chauffeured pick-up is a service in which your Buddy shapes the day that begins on reaching the Manor from the very moment the car door opens. Twice a month, a butler drives a black Alphard between the Manor and any of Tokyo Teleport Station, Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Station, DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Aqua City Odaiba and Decks Tokyo Beach.
On a rainy day we take your umbrella and belongings first, and on arrival guide you straight to a seat where you may settle. On departure we check for anything left behind and confirm your destination, accompanying you to the car door. As the butlers able to drive are limited, please let us know date, time and place early.
Two pick-ups a month are a privilege of Gold. Pick-ups beyond that number are confirmed on booking. There are days when the vehicle is unavailable. Should traffic on the day require adjustment, the butler will consult you before the booking is confirmed.

Confirm your Buddy's availability
We check whether your Buddy can attend. If unavailable, we propose a deputy butler and arrange the necessary handover.
Settle the scope of the day
Tea, personal attentions, accompanying you on an outing, receiving visitors: we build your wishes into the eight hours.
Attend at the appointed place
The butler bows and confirms the arrangements for the day. When handling items in your home, we first ask where things belong and what may be touched.
Remain on hand amid your daily life
We judge the moments that call for conversation and those for quiet attendance, adapting the relationship built with your Buddy at the Manor to the setting of your home.

Queen's Butler's butlers take on the judgement each setting demands
Queen's Butler is operated by the Japan Butler Association, a general incorporated association. The judgement that protects the antiques within the Manor is not the same as the judgement required in handling another's possessions at home. The butler first confirms the rules of each place, and arranges what may be touched, where to withdraw, and how to receive visitors.
At the Manor we guard the double doors and the silver; at your home we respect the customs of that place. However close the relationship, it does not excuse skipping confirmation. Careful confirmation is itself part of a Buddy's service.
QIs there a separate charge for chauffeured pick-up?
Two pick-ups a month are a privilege of Gold. A butler drives a black Alphard, limited to journeys between the Manor and five locations such as Tokyo Teleport Station. Pick-ups beyond that number are confirmed on booking. There are days when the vehicle is unavailable.
QIs the pick-up always by the same Buddy?
We take this as a preference and confirm availability. As the butlers able to drive are limited, we may propose another butler.
QWhere may I request a butler visit?
Within Tokyo's 23 wards, with travel expenses at cost. Outside Tokyo is by consultation; please let us know the place and the details at least 30 days before your preferred date. If you tell us in advance which items may be handled and whether visitors are expected, the eight hours can be prioritised in detail.
QWhat if I wish to end a butler visit before eight hours?
A butler visit is a privilege of eight hours per occasion. If you wish to finish earlier, please tell us when you make your request. We will confirm the treatment of the remaining time and any unused visits at that point.
QHow many companions are free of charge?
The companion privilege applies up to the Manor's maximum of six, including yourself. Please tell us the number and how you will spend the time when booking.
QIf I book 30 days ahead, am I sure of my preferred date?
Thirty days ahead is the point at which priority booking opens, not a guarantee of a date and time. Depending on the butler's availability we may propose an alternative date.
